If you are the victim of a crime and your offender has been placed on community supervision, you are entitled to certain rights. To find out what you are entitled to, see our brochure, "The Rights of Crime Victims" or, the Spanish version, "The Rights of Crime Victims" (Spanish). If you have questions, call the victims services coordinator at the community supervision and corrections department in your area or contact/write the Community Justice Assistance Division/Victim Service Coordinator at the following:
