The Correctional Retention and Wellness (CReW) Survey was created to give correctional officers an opportunity to provide feedback to TDCJ leadership. The completely anonymous survey asks a range of questions about the agency’s culture, work environment, employee support, and much more.
This is your chance to help guide the future of the TDCJ for you and your CReW.
Taking the Survey
Correctional officers will be randomly selected to participate in this ongoing initiative.
Those selected will receive a text message from © Qualtrics with a link inviting them to complete the CReW Survey.
The short, anonymous survey can be completed on your cell phone.
Changes You've Inspired
The CReW Survey is designed to provide feedback that will impact change at the agency. Based on your responses, agency leadership will enact changes to help improve the TDCJ.
