Health Services Division
Clinical Administration falls under the management of the Health Services Administrator (HSA). The HSA is responsible for the oversight of all administrative and fiscal functions that support the divisional operations. The HSA serves as the point of contact for contract applicant clearances, clinical rotations for students, and computer programming requests. The HSA also coordinates and responds to statistical surveys and inquiries regarding health care delivery, open records requests, grant management, incident management planning, responds to legislation, develops and implements policies and procedures, reviews and updates annual reports for the division.
The HSA oversees the offices of Resource Management, Operational Support, and Information Systems. The functions include budgetary issues, travel coordination and reimbursement, purchasing, payroll, time keeping, all aspects of human resources, fixed asset management, fiscal contract monitoring and reimbursement, performance measures, records retention, building maintenance issues, divisional computer access and computer support.
