Summary of Incident: During the evening of May 1, 2009, the subject entered a Popeye's Restaurant with a 9mm handgun. He ordered all the employees to the back of the store and demanded that the victim open the store's safe. The victim did as he was instructed and handed the money to the subject. The subject put the other employees in one walk-in cooler and took the victim into a separate walk-in cooler where he shot the victim in the neck, shoulder, and back.
