Summary of Incident: Subject and two accomplices and two codefendants approached a vehicle with four adult males and shot the vehicle more than 20 times with various weapons. Two victims were shot eight times and pronounced dead at the scene. The other two victims ran off with the subject chasing them, but the gun jammed and they were not hit.
