Who to Contact for Vending Machine Issues

The Texas Workforce Commission oversees the vendors of vending machines.

If you experience a problem with a vending machine during your visit, please check the machine for the vendor’s contact information and reach out to them first for the quickest assistance.

If vendor information is not available, you are unable to reach the vendor, or the issue is not resolved, you should report your concern directly to the Texas Workforce Commission’s Business Enterprises of Texas (TWC BET) team at BETCommunications@twc.texas.gov. When e-mailing TWC BET, please include your name, contact information, the date and time of the incident, the TDCJ unit, the machine location, the machine ID (if visible), a brief description of the issue, and any other helpful details.

TWC BET will acknowledge your report within one business day and will forward your concern to the appropriate vending operator for follow up.
