Transitional Treatment Centers (TTCs)
Transitional treatment centers (TTCs) are privately owned and operated community-based facilities that provide substance abuse aftercare treatment to offenders on parole, mandatory supervision, or community supervision (probation). There are currently ten (10) contracts that provide for fifteen (15) residential TTCs and sixty (60) outpatient facility sites. Most offenders who have completed the IPTC or SAFPF programs are referred to a TTC for aftercare, with a residential stay from sixty (60) days and up to ninety (90) days.
Upon completion of residential stay or phase 1B/4C, offenders will follow the continuum of care plan with phase II of the outpatient programs to include IPTC, SAFP, DWI, or SACP.
