Summary of Incident:  The subject engaged in a verbal altercation with his common-law wife. He became angry and grabbed a kitchen knife and began stabbing the victim and her 12-year old and 8-year old sons. The female victim and 8-year old victim died from fatal stab wounds to the neck, back of the neck, chest, hands, and face. The 12-year old victim was stabbed 25 times in the hands, neck, back of the neck, and chest. The subject fled the scene in the victim's car and telephoned his family to tell them he had killed the victim and her children. The police were able to trace the call made from his cell phone and arrested him in Garvin County, Oklahoma.
