BACKGROUND: Thirty-seven years of Criminal Justice experience with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, including 27 years in Correctional Institutional Division, where he worked as an Assistant Warden. Mr. Guyton spent the past 10 years with the Board of Pardons and Paroles, most recently as a Regional Supervisor for the Angleton Institutional Parole Office.
