BACKGROUND: Over 38 years of experience in Criminal Justice, which includes 20 years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Parole Division in positions from a Parole Officer to Assistant Regional Supervisor; additionally he has worked in Correctional Institutional Division as an Assistant Warden. Mr. Gonzalez worked eight years as a Juvenile Halfway House Superintendent for the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
