Ombudsman Visitation Hotline

An Ombudsman Visitation Hotline is available to the public. Members of the public may contact the Ombudsman Office to inquire about offender location, basic visitation policy questions, unit family liaison officer information, and how to appeal a visitation denial.

The hotline will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. toll free at (844) 476-1289.
