Services Offered: AVANCE offers parenting education, literacy and marriage relationship programs. The programs include Parent Child Education Program that serves families with children from birth to four (4) years of age, and Even Start that serves families with children from birth to seven (7) years of age in which the participating adult does not have a High School diploma or GED and wants to learn English. Even Start is also offered in conjunction with Early Childhood Development classes for pre-school age children of the parents. The Strengthening Marriages Program provides interactive sessions relating to healthy marriage, communication, stages in a couple's relationship and conflict resolution.

Services Offered: Provides counseling, home-based crisis intervention and stabilization services to adults, children, and families. Short-term family focused intensive services are provided to families with youth that are at risk of abuse, neglect, truancy, running away or involuntary removal from their home or community. Other programs include Solutions (substance abuse intervention for high school students), Insights Learning Center (alternative educational setting for disruptive youth), and Choices (students in middle or high school who have violated the zero tolerance policy for violence, weapons or other offenses).
