Office of Space Management

The purpose of the Office of Space Management (OSM) is to acquire, allocate, approve and manage administrative lease space based on the need of the TDCJ and in compliance with various state statutes and departmental rules and regulations (i.e., Texas Facilities Commission) and to ensure efficient use of lease space. OSM provides support for administrative, client service, and warehouse lease space statewide. OSM also supports the agency with space planning for state owned administrative space.
