To fill out the on-line form click here. Be sure to seek proper approval and to provide all information needed. Your fundraising event will be posted (usually within 10 days) on the TDCJ website.

How can I know if my fundraising event is acceptable?

Links to fundraising event requirements are provided on the bottom of the TDCJ Fundraising Main Page. If there is still doubt about whether your event is acceptable seek approval from the appropriate superiors.
