Employee Spotlight: Rodrigo Leyva, Jester III Unit
Longtime TDCJ employee Rodrigo Leyva is known for his down-to-earth nature and conversational skills by his peers at the Jester III Unit where he serves as the unit’s maintenance plumber.
For 40 years, Mr. Leyva has continued to make a positive impact on his fellow employees while serving as both a correctional officer at the Jester I Unit and in his current position at the Jester III Unit.
