Mechler Unit COs Receive Challenge Coins

A group of third-shift correctional officers at the Mechler Unit (formerly the Tulia Unit) went above and beyond over the past several months preparing the unit for the renaming ceremony later this year. In recognition of their hard work and dedication, each officer received a challenge coin.

Challenge coins are given to correctional officers and staff who exhibit their dedication to service and commitment to the mission of the agency.
