EDUCATION: Brian Long has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Tyler, in Tyler Texas.
BACKGROUND: Mr. Long has over 25 years of experience in the Criminal Justice/Parole fields, including work with the: Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department; the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Parole Division, as a Parole Officer and Unit Supervisor; and the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles as a Hearing Officer.
